By using the Dal Travel and Tourism website or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Dal's services include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing tourist trips and packages
- Hotel and flight bookings
- Visa services
- Sightseeing tours and activities
- Transport, meet-and-greet, and send-off services
- Travel consultancy
- Support and follow-up during the trip
⚠️ Dal does not provide the services directly, but acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers.
Bookings and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and to the policies of the service providers
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided (name, passport number, nationality, travel dates)
- Any error in the information may lead to rejection of the booking or the visa, without any liability on Dal
- Booking details must be reviewed immediately upon receiving the confirmation, and any error reported to us directly
In the case of a booking for more than one person, the applicant is responsible for:
- The accuracy of all travelers' information
- Agreeing to the Terms on their behalf
- Payment of the full amount
Visas
- Dal provides only the service of submitting and following up on the visa application
- The decision to approve or reject rests entirely with the embassy or the competent authority
- Visa fees and service fees are non-refundable in the event of rejection or cancellation
- Dal is not responsible for any delay caused by embassies or visa centers
- Failure to attend the appointment is considered a cancellation, and the fees are deemed fully payable
Limitation of Liability
Dal is not responsible for:
- Flight delays or cancellations by airlines
- Issues with hotels, tours, or transport
- Circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government decisions, epidemics)
- Loss of luggage or personal belongings
- Any direct dealings between the client and the service provider
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms of the service providers
- Administrative fees may be deducted depending on the type of booking
- Dal is not responsible for any losses resulting from a cancellation beyond its control
User Responsibility
The user undertakes to:
- Provide correct and accurate information
- Comply with travel and visa regulations
- Ensure the validity of their passport and compliance with health requirements
Use of the Website and Content
- All content (text, images, logos) is owned by Dal
- Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited
- Misuse of the website or the posting of offensive or misleading content is prohibited
Amendments
Dal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the website is deemed acceptance of the amendments.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
